About paying for fitKendra
How long is the free trial, and do I need a card?
Every gym gets a 3-month (90-day) free trial with every feature on, counted from the day your gym is approved. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged during the trial — you pick a plan before it ends.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. The prices shown are before GST; GST at 18% is added to your fitKendra invoice.
Do you charge per member or per login?
No. Each plan is one flat price a month. The plan says how many members and branches it covers; there is no charge per member, per staff login or per check-in.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes — paying for a year up front costs about 17% less than twelve monthly payments.
What happens when the trial ends?
Before the trial ends we get in touch to start billing on the plan you choose, monthly or yearly. Whatever you decide, your data stays yours — export your member list whenever you like.
