Short version: fitKendra sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We use a small amount of browser storage (localStorage) that the product needs to work. Every item starts with fk., stays on your device, and is never sent to anyone else.
What we store, exactly
- fk.token, fk.refresh — your sign-in to the gym console: a short-lived access token and the token that renews it. Removed when you sign out. Essential.
- fk.me — your name, role and gym, so the console can greet you and use your gym’s timezone without an extra request. Removed when you sign out. Essential.
- fk.admin.token, fk.admin.refresh, fk.admin.me — the same three for fitKendra’s own staff signing in to the platform admin. Removed on sign-out. Essential.
- Console preferences — small choices the console remembers on this device, such as the branch the front desk last checked people in at (fk.desk.branch), a hidden setup checklist (fk.setup-hidden…) and your last list filters. Cleared when you sign out.
- fk.cookies, fk.analytics — remembers that you saw the storage notice and your analytics preference below. Essential.
No third-party scripts run on this site — no ad pixels, no fingerprinting, no social widgets. If your browser blocks site storage, the public pages still work; you just won’t be able to stay signed in.

Product analytics
Not in use today — fitKendra currently ships no analytics. This choice is stored now and will be honoured if we ever add privacy-respecting product analytics.
